Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. (Processing time will be updated periodically on the shop banner.) In most cases, your order will be shipped within a week. We take pride in our products and want to ensure that you are receiving the best products. All candles and aroma melts are hand poured in small batches to ensure quality.  If you need your order sooner than 14 business days, please contact me on Instagram or email me at geeveecandleco.com prior to placing your order.

Shipping Times and Cost

During Summer Months Only:

Your order will be shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays during the summer months to minimize your package from possibly sitting in the post office or distribution centers for extended periods of time in the heat.  Your package will contain cool-shield insulation to ensure that your candles are protected from extreme heat.

Disclaimer: Gee Vee Candle Co. WILL NOT be responsible for packages that have been damaged or lost during transit.  Please contact the USPS or your mail carrier service to file a claim so that you may be credited for the damages/loss.
